Does every new Facebook group member get added to Webhooks?
Every member with an email in their membership answers can be sent to Webhooks. You choose which groups sync. Members without an email are still saved in your GroupCRM dashboard.
Do I need Zapier?
No Zapier needed. Webhooks connects directly through GroupCRM's signed webhooks: paste the trigger URL once and every new member flows in.
What happens if a sync fails?
GroupCRM records the error on the Integrations page so you can see what went wrong, and the member stays in your dashboard so you never lose the lead. Webhook deliveries are retried automatically.
Is it included in my plan?
