Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to GroupCRM's website, dashboard, and Chrome extension (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

GroupCRM helps Facebook group administrators capture leads, score members, automate approvals and declines, send Messenger messages, and integrate with Google Sheets and webhooks. Features may change as we improve the product.

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for rules you configure in the Service.

You must comply with Meta's Terms of Service, Community Standards, and applicable laws. GroupCRM is not endorsed by Meta. Automation may carry account risk despite ban-safe design. You use automation at your own discretion.

You may not use GroupCRM to spam, harass, scrape unrelated data, circumvent platform limits, resell access without authorization, reverse engineer the Service, or violate third-party rights.

Paid plans renew until canceled. Prices are listed on our pricing page. Trials convert to paid plans unless canceled. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

GroupCRM owns the Service, branding, and software. You retain rights to your content and member data. You grant us a limited license to process data solely to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, specific results, or freedom from platform enforcement actions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GroupCRM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the Service or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Delaware unless otherwise required by law.
