Privacy Policy

GroupCRM ("we", "us") provides a web dashboard and Chrome extension for Facebook group administrators. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

By using GroupCRM you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Account data: Email, name, billing details via Stripe or PayProGlobal, and settings you configure in the dashboard.

Facebook group data: Information visible to you as a group admin, including member names, profile URLs, join request answers, mutual friends, account age indicators, and messages you choose to automate. We access this through your existing Facebook session in the Chrome extension. We do not ask for or store your Facebook password.

Usage data: Logs of actions taken by the extension (approvals, declines, messages sent), device/browser type, and error diagnostics to keep the service reliable.

We use your data to:

• Provide lead capture, scoring, automation, and CRM features
• Sync to Google Sheets or webhooks you configure
• Process payments and send account emails
• Improve product safety, performance, and support

We do not sell your personal data or member lists to third parties.

Data is stored on encrypted servers with access controls. You may export or delete account data by contacting support. Retention follows your subscription status and legal obligations.

We use trusted processors including hosting providers, Stripe, PayProGlobal, email delivery, and analytics. When you connect Google Sheets or webhooks, data is sent to endpoints you control. You are responsible for those integrations' privacy practices.

The extension operates within your logged-in Facebook session in Chrome. We are not affiliated with Meta. Your use must comply with Facebook's Terms of Service and Community Standards. Automation carries inherent platform risk; see our Terms of Use.

Depending on your location you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal data. EU/UK users may lodge complaints with a supervisory authority. California residents may exercise CCPA rights by emailing support@groupcrm.co.

GroupCRM is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
