We run Facebook groups for courses, coaching, and communities. Approving hundreds of requests by hand, losing emails in the queue, and messaging every new member manually was not sustainable.

Our story
Facebook groups are one of the best lead sources for creators and coaches. But the platform was never built for admins who treat members as pipeline. We were copying emails into spreadsheets, approving at midnight, and still missing hot leads.
GroupCRM started as an internal Chrome extension: pull full request data, score it, approve by rules, and log to Sheets. When other admins asked for the same thing, we turned it into a product.
Today we help community builders, course creators, coaches, and agencies run groups on autopilot without giving up control of who gets in.
