2. How to request a refund
Email support@groupcrm.co from your account email with your account email and reason (optional). We process approved refunds within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
3. Eligible refunds
- Lifetime purchase within 7 days
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Service unavailable for extended periods we confirm
4. Non-refundable cases
- Purchases older than 7 days (except billing errors)
- Accounts terminated for Terms violations or abuse
- Chargebacks filed without contacting support first
