Does every new Facebook group member get added to Mailchimp?
Every member with an email in their membership answers can be sent to Mailchimp. You choose which groups sync. Members without an email are still saved in your GroupCRM dashboard.
Do I need Zapier?
No. Mailchimp is a native integration: paste your credentials into GroupCRM and pick where members go.
What happens if a sync fails?
GroupCRM records the error on the Integrations page so you can see what went wrong, and the member stays in your dashboard so you never lose the lead. Webhook deliveries are retried automatically.
